Ronald Perry Eugene Reed, 27, passed away on Monday, September 20, 2021, in Michigan City, Indiana. Ronald was born on April 11, 1994, to Matthew Roberts and Luann Reed, in Marion. He worked at Kentucky Fried Chicken. Ronald was a good kid, he loved his mom and his family. Ronald's pride and joy was his son, Jayden. He was always willing to go the extra mile in all that he did. He enjoyed riding dirt bikes, 4-wheelers, and motocross. Ronald is survived by his parents, Luann Reed, and Matthew (Char) Roberts; son, Jayden McCool; finace', Tela McCool; brother, Jimmy Dehoff; sisters, Tiffany Roberts Roush, Kira Wilder, and Shealene Danforth; grandparents, Mike and Linda Springer, and Henry and Shirly Timmons; aunt, Rachel Vetor; uncle, Henry Reed; cousins, Brittney Davis, Jazzlyn Davis, CJ Gerstorff, Anthony Gerstorff, Melissa Poff, Dillion Miller, Destiny Reed, Cameron Percy, Christia Percy, and Caleb Percy; all of Marion. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Lillian Reed; and his aunt, Regina Reed. Arrangements have been entrusted to College Park Chapel of Armes-Hunt Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 4601 South Western Avenue, Marion, Indiana 46953, where on Tuesday, October 5, 2021, there will be a visitation held for family and friends from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M., a funeral service beginning at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Matthew Trexler officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Estates of Serenity, Marion, Indiana. Memorial contributions may be made to Armes-Hunt Funeral Home to help the family defray his funeral expenses.
