Richard A. Wall

Richard A. Wall, 61, of Fairmount, died Sunday, October 15, 2017 at Marion General Hospital after a short illness. Richard was born on August 24, 1956 in Huntington, Indiana to Richard C. Wall and Edith M. (Yeiter) Morgan. He attended Huntington North High School and served his country in the Marines. Richard was a truck driver for many years and was currently the Manger at Walls Pizza King in Fairmount. He was a member of the American Legion Post 313. He enjoyed NASCAR, Fishing and Hunting. Richard is survived by his mother, Edith Morgan, Alexandria, Sister Kay (Tom) Mitchell, Huntington, brothers, Ronald (Donna) Wall, Kimball, Nebraska, Gordon Wall, Fairmount, and step-brother, Duane (Debbie) Morgan, Indianapolis. Richard was preceded in death by his father, Richard C. Wall, brother Donald Wall, and step father, Wayne Morgan Arrangements have been entrusted to the Fairmount Chapel of Armes-Hunt Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 415 S. Main Street, Fairmount, Indiana where the family will receive friends Wednesday, October 18, 2017 from 10 AM - 1 PM with a funeral service at 1 PM with military rites. An American Legion Family service will take place at 1 PM before the funeral service. Memorial contributions may be made to Stand Down to support local veterans in care of the funeral home.
