Rhonda M Blakley Reed

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Rhonda M. Blakley Reed, aged 67, on Thursday, April 4, 2024. Rhonda, born on September 18, 1956, was the cherished daughter of Doris Goodwin and the late Merlin "Bill" Blakley. A dedicated manager at Circle K for many years, Rhonda had a love for butterflies and her cat, and a talent for cooking that was admired by all who knew her.

Rhonda is survived by her loving mother, Doris Goodwin, and her siblings: Cynthia Collins (Danny), Kim Burnette (Jim), and Roger Blakley (Stacie). She will be deeply missed by her nieces and nephews: Jenica Callender, Chad Rusher, Ryan Collins, Noah Blakley, Heather Collins, and Jason Collins, as well as her great-nephews: Axl Collins and Jamison Saunders. Rhonda is now reunited in eternal peace with her father, Bill, and her sisters, Sharlene Ferguson and Yvonne Blakley.

Funeral arrangements for Rhonda have been entrusted to the Fairmount Chapel of Armes-Hunt Life Celebration Funeral Home and Cremation Services, located at 415 South Main Street, Fairmount, Indiana 46928. A cremation service will be carried out following Rhonda’s wishes, with a memorial service at a later date. In lieu of floral offerings, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with the expenses during this difficult time.
