Regina Rae Dyer

Regina Dyer, 77, passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at home. Regina was born on October 18, 1946, to the late Gerald and Ileen Hewitt. She graduated from Jefferson High School and then went to work for RCA, H&R Block, and General Tire. She also worked as an EMT for Matthews Medic 10 for several years. On July 3, 1994, she married Garold Dyer and he survives. Regina enjoyed working on puzzles, spending 10 winters in Florida, and most of all, spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Regina is survived by her husband, Gary; children, Michelle Brown, Marion, Richard (Heather) Bader, Indianapolis, and William (Kimberly) Bader, Maysville, KY; step-sons, Ronnie Dyer, Jonesboro, and Garold W. (Jennifer) Dyer, Xenia, OH; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald and Ileen; daughters, Angie Plummer and Melissa Brown; step-daughters, Elizabeth Sulfridge, Veronica Whipkey, and Madelian Dyer; and sister, Debbie Dobbs.

Arrangements for Regina have been entrusted to the Jones-Smith Chapel of Armes-Hunt Life Celebration Funeral and Cremation Services, 259 North Main Street, Upland, Indiana 46989, where visitations will be held on Wednesday, November 15, from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m., and then again on Thursday, November 16, from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Cremation will follow.
