Mary E. (Jones) FelverBesser, 99, passed away at Marion General Hospital on Tuesday, April 30, 2019. Mary was born on April 4, 1920, to the late James and Leona Jones. She married GlenFelveron March 6, 1937, and he preceded her in death on October 14, 1963. She later married RobertBesseron October 15, 1964, and he preceded her in death on August 15, 1993.Shelived in Upland most of her life and was a member of the Hartford City Church of the Nazarene for many years. Mary enjoyed crocheting, quilting, fishing, and reading. Most important to her, though, was her love for Jesus, and she knew she was loved by Him. Mary is survived by five sons, Kenneth (Shirley)Felver,Riverton, IA, Robert (Nitta)Felver, Fairmount, Glen (Jen)Felver, Hartford City, Michael (Jackie)Felver, Gas City, and WilliamFelver, Hartford City; 19 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; 30 great-great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Leona; husbands, Glen and Robert; daughter, Ruthann Stover; son, RonnieFelver; 9 brothers and sisters; 1 grandson; and 2 great-grandchildren. Arrangements for Mary have been entrusted to the Jones-Smith Chapel ofArmes-HuntFuneral Home and Cremation Services, 259 North Main Street, Upland, Indiana, where a visitation will be held on Sunday, May 5, 2019, from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m., as well as an hour before the service on Monday. The funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Monday, May 6, at 11:00 a.m., with Chaplin JamesLuttrullofficiating.
