Marsha J. Perez

Marsha J. Perez, 73, passed away on Monday, December 14, 2020, in Marion. She was born on November 5, 1947, in Marion, to the late Oliver D. and Ellendel (Thomas) Ross. Marsha was a longtime employee of Richard's Restaurant, she is the one that made the salads and the delicious pies. She attended Friendship Baptist Church. Marsha loved spending time with her family, fishing, making homemade tamales, going to church, and listening to praise and worship music. She will be missed by many. Marsha is survived by children, Rochelle (Abel) Aguirre, TX; Maria (Larry Tidd) Perez, Marion; and Jose (Wendy) Perez, Marion; step-sons, Roy Perez, FL; and Joe Perez, TX; sisters, Sharon (Gabe) Cruz, Greenfield; Codeanne (Preston) Sword, VA; and Tammy (Tim) Belcher, Jonesboro; brother, David Ross, Muncie; grandchildren, Joseph (Marena Suffield) Perez, Alexis Perez, and Samantha (Alex Hurd) Perez; and great-grandchildren, Riley, and Xander Hurd. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jose Perez; step-son, Albert Perez; and brother, Tim Ross. Arrangements for Marsha have been entrusted to College Park Chapel of Armes-Hunt Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 4601 S. Western Avenue, Marion, Indiana 46953.
