Margie A. Sirk

Margie A. Sirk, 72 of Marion, Indiana passed away on Monday August 7, 2023 in her home. She was born in Pikeville Kentucky on August 15, 1950 to Steve and Katherine (Hurd) Sluss. On October 21, 1967, she married Carl Sirk Jr.

She was formerly a member of Wabash Chapel of God. She loved going camping, fishing, watching wrestling, the news, game shows and westerns. She loved spending time with family and friends and loved to play Bingo.

Margie is survived by children Tammy Sirk, Carla (Jimmy) Salyer, Steve (Desiree) Sirk; grandchildren Chrystle, Jennifer, Zachary, Kameron, Marribee, Sara, Mark, Destinee, Isabella, Travis, Cassie, Catie and Trevor, six great-grandchildren, siblings Phyllis (Chris) Goodwin, Billy (Tami) Sluss, Donna (Larry) Cole, Steve (Karen) Sluss, Mary (Arthur) Fanin, and Jerry (Stephanie) Sluss. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister Nancy Alger and son David.

Arrangements have been entrusted to College Park Chapel of Armes-Hunt Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 4601 South Western Avenue, Marion, Indiana 46953 where visitation will be Friday August 11, 2023 from 11:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M. and a funeral will follow at 12:00 P.M. with Gary Brown officiating.
