Lucille Marie Miller

Lucille Marie Miller, 102, formerly ofSwayzee, Indiana, received her eternal reward on Monday, May 29, 2017, at Millers Merry Manor in Marion, Indiana. Lucille was born in Jerome, Indiana, on August 30, 1914, to the late John andMaudMiller. She married the love of her life, Bryce C. Miller, on June 17, 1933. They had 71 amazing years of marriage before Bryce passed away. Lucille was a member of theSwayzeeNazarene Church. She was a wonderful mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, and great-grandmother and will be greatly missed. Lucille was a great homemaker and loved to cook. She made incredible noodles that the family enjoyed. The family would like to extend a big thank you to the staff of Millers Merry Manor for their care and compassion of Lucille. Lucille will be missed by her son, John (Lucy) Miller, Marion, IN; 2 granddaughters, Karen(Brian)Burgan, North Manchester, IN and Kelly (Paul) Wood,Lizton, IN; 4 great-grandchildren,Kasondra(Dustin) Shaw, Fort Wayne, IN, Dustin (Katie)Burgan, Warsaw, IN, Brianne Wood, Indianapolis, IN, and Alexis Wood, Indianapolis, IN; and 5 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bryce Miller, her parents, John andMaudMiller, grandson, Gary Miller, 3 brothers, Franklin, Joe, and Charles Miller, and 3 sisters, Helen Stephenson, EvangelinePuge, and Laura Jane Ogle. Arrangements for Lucille have been entrusted toArmes-HuntFuneral Home and Cremation Services College Park Chapel, 4601 S. Western Ave., Marion, Indiana, where a visitation will be held on Friday, June 2, 2017, from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. A service honoring Lucille will be held immediately following the visitation at 12:00 p.m. with Rev.
