Logan Adam Chambers

Logan Adam Chambers passed away surrounded by his family on Friday, March 25, 2016, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. Though only living a couple of hours, Logan will be dearly missed. He is survived by his parents, Adam L. and Lolita Nicole (Smithee) Chambers, of Fairmount; his sisters, who gave him the nickname Little Foot, Kayleigh, Charlotte, and Caroline Chambers; grandparents, Carl and Tracey Chambers, of Summitville, and Doug and Susan Smithee, of Fairmount; Logan is also survived by his great-grandparents and much extended family. Arrangements are being entrusted to the Fairmount Chapel of Armes-Hunt Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 415 S. Main St, Fairmount, IN 46928. A memorial service in Logans memory will be held on Saturday, April 16, at 10:00 am at Harmony Christian Church, 9043 W 1800 N, Elwood, IN 46036, with a dinner to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to SOBBS, in care of the funeral home. SOBBS is working with the Chambers family to purchase a CuddleCot for Good Samaritan Hospital.
