Linda L. Ehman, of Jonesboro, Indiana, passed away on March 22, 2025, at the age of 86, while surrounded by her loving family at Stillwater Hospice in Fort Wayne. Born on May 6, 1938, in Anderson, Indiana, Linda was the cherished daughter of Samuel and Julia Williams, who have preceded her in death.
Linda dedicated over three decades of her life to RCA, eventually retiring in 1995. Her love story with her husband, Robert Ehman, began on September 6, 1980, and together they created a warm and nurturing home filled with love and laughter for nearly 45 years. Bob, forever her devoted partner, survives her; their bond was a testament to unwavering love and support.
Linda had a soul that was deeply connected to nature. She found joy in cooking hearty meals, tending to her vibrant garden, and caring for her beloved flowers. Her passion for the outdoors inspired her to enjoy mowing the lawn and spending time in her garden. Some of her most cherished moments were spent at Argyll football games and attending her great nephew's sporting events.
In addition to her husband, Bob, Linda is also survived by her step-daughter, Terri Kim Wagoner, North Webster; sister-in-law, Norma Mattingly, Tipton; grandchildren, Jamie Elliott, Warsaw, Bradley Wagoner, Syracuse, and Jennifer Wagoner, North Webster; special niece, Mindy (Aaron) Snyder, Carmel; special great-niece, Madison (Bryce) Turner, Fairmount; and several more nieces and nephews and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Julia, brothers, Bill, Clyde, Samuel, Jr., and Jimmy Williams, and sister, Joann Brinker.
In memory of Linda's vibrant life and the love she so readily shared, a graveside service will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Fairmount Chapel of Armes-Hunt Life Celebration Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
