Larry Lee Pavey, Sr.

Larry Lee Pavey, Sr., passed away on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at his residence. Larry was born on June 29, 1966, in Marion, Indiana, to Bob Pavey and Patricia "Pat" Thompson, who recently passed away March 12, 2023. He graduated from Mississinewa High School. From an early age he enjoyed fixing things. He was very talented with his hands and passionate for construction work. Larry enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, fishing, horse back riding, camping, and shooting BB guns with Breeah. He also liked playing volleyball and listening to rock music. His favorite pastime was spending time playing with his grandchildren.

Larry will be sadly missed and is survived by life-long partner, Jodie Devine of Fairmount; daughters, Jada (husband, Michael Aust) Pavey, North Carolina; Autumn Pavey, Tennessee; Aleah (husband, Brian) O'Neal of Muncie, Ashlee (husband, Kreig) Holmes of Fairmount; brothers, Kent Pavey, Todd (wife, Sue) Pavey, and Ronald Thompson; sister, Julie Pavey; and multiple grandchildren, whom he adored.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia; son, Larry Pavey, Jr.; step-father, Gene Thompson; brothers, Richie Thompson and Tim Thompson; niece, Kendra Pavey; and nephews, Adam and Jamie Thompson.

Arrangements for Larry have been entrusted to the Fairmount Chapel of Armes-Hunt Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 415 South Main Street. In accordance with Larry's wishes, cremation will take place. A celebration of life will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at Blue Water Lake in Montpelier, IN.
