Kevin M. Teagle

Kevin M. Teagle, a devoted husband, and proud Marine, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at the age of 65, surrounded by his loving family in Marion, Indiana. Born on December 22, 1958, he was the beloved son of the late Ralph Teagle and Beulah Litmer. On February 14, 1987, he married his wife, Cynthia Brown, who survives.

Kevin was a graduate of Marion High School, class of 1977, and later pursued his Associate's Degree from Indiana Business College. His patriotism led him to serve his country in the Marine Corps from 1977 to 1983, a chapter in his life that he held dear. He then spent nearly 30 years in United States Customs.

He found joy in crafting woodworking pieces, tending to his garden, mowing the lawn, exploring the outdoors through camping, and cruising on his cherished motorcycles, particularly his beloved Harleys and Honda Gold Wing. Kevin had a headstrong nature but was revered for his unwavering dedication to his family.

Throughout his life, Kevin battled follicular lymphoma and overcame it with incredible resilience. His strength and determination were an inspiration to all who knew him.

Kevin is survived by his wife, Cindy; son, Ryan (Sherry) Teagle, Marion; daughter, Stacey Teagle, Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Reese and Miles Teagle and Ally and EV Chrisman; brothers, Greg (Nancy) Teagle, Payne, Ohio, and Jay (Donna) Teagle, Chicago, Illinois; and extended family, Andy and Jess Chrisman.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Beulah, and brother, Todd Teagle.

Arrangements for Kevin have been entrusted to the College Park Chapel of Armes-Hunt Life Celebration Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 4601 South Western Avenue, Marion, Indiana 46953, where a visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. A funeral service will follow with Pastor Steve Armes officiating. In accordance with his wishes, Kevin will be cremated.
