Kevin Lanter

Charlie K. "Kevin" Lanter, 67, passed away on December 22, 2022, in Marion. Kevin was born on November 7, 1955, in Marion, to the late Harlen H. Lanter and Nadine (Merrill) Sherron. He graduated from Marion High School in 1974. Kevin was in the Navy. He worked at Mike Anderson Dodge in Marion for 25 years. Kevin was a hard worker, he enjoyed attending the Marion Fly-In Cruise-In annually, and putting together model cars.

Kevin is survived by his sister, Toni Duke, Marion; brothers, Thomas H. Lanter, Marion; and David F. Lanter, Gas City; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harlen H. Lanter and Nadine (Merrill) Sherron; and his brother, Merrill D. Rittenhouse.

Arrangements for Kevin have been entrusted to College Park Chapel of Armes-Hunt Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 4601 South Western Avenue, Marion, Indiana 46933. The family will have a private burial at Marion National Cemetery in Marion.

Memorial contributions may be made in honor of Kevin to Cancer Services of Grant County, 305 South Norton Street, Marion, Indiana 46953.
