Joyce Jean Riddle

Joyce Jean Riddle ,78, of Fairmount, Indiana, went to be with Jesus on November 29th,2022. Joyce was born in Morehead, Ky. on March 10th, 1947. Daughter of late Allie and Elzia Plank. Also proceeded in death siblings Georgia Carter, Arvetta Dean, Vada Estep, Phyllis Rodgers, Ona Bennett, Harold Plank, Marvin Plank, Vernon Plank, Wendell Plank, Darrell Plank and Ralph Plank.

Joyce enjoyed quilting, traveling, playing BINGO, cooking and spending time with her loved ones. Joyce was a member of Faith Apostolic Church of Marion, IN. She also attended many other churches and services throughout her community.

Joyce retired from Gen Corp Factory, Marion IN. in 2002, after 37 years. She received her Adult Education at Tucker Career Technology Center on May 30th, 2002. She then worked for WalMart for many years.

Joyce married the love of her life, Robert "Bob" Riddle. December 18th would have made 44 beautiful years together.

Joyce is survived by her loving husband Robert Riddle, siblings Shirley Davis and Curtis (Kay) Plank,  her children Milo Gene Nelson Jr. of Marion, IN., Brian (Michelle) Nelson of Rochester, IN., Barbara Wilson of Marion, IN., Deanna Riddle of Denver, IN. Jeff Riddle of Marion, IN.,and Mary Ann Mast of North Carolina, and her Grandchildren Mike (Randee) Nelson of Marion, IN., Jacquelyn (Reese) Glidden of Washington D.C., Kyle (Jessica) Nelson of Summitville, IN., Justin Nelson of Marion, IN., Emily Nelson of Indianapolis, IN., Tyler (Brittany) Nelson of Marion, IN., Jordan Nelson of Marion, IN., Faith Bebout (Will Tauchert) of Kissmmee, FL., Dakota (Autum) Nelson of Las Vegas, NV., Amanda (Trameiscia) Matherly of Marion, IN., Amber Gray of Marion, IN., Joey Marshall of Fairmount, IN., Jackie (Travis) Vaughn of Marion IN., Michelle Cora of Gas City, IN., Jimmy Moore of Marion, IN., Michael Underwood of Marion, IN., Kaylee and Baylee Ensore, Latisha Watkins, Victoria Lynn, and Amber Lynn and many Great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and Great nieces and nephews.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Fairmount Chapel of Armes-Hunt Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 415 S. Main Street, Fairmount, Indiana where services will be held on Monday, December 5, 2022. Visitation is from 11 AM to 12 Noon with the service starting at noon, Pastor Clarence Hand officiating. Burial will be at Gardens of Memory, Marion.

Memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Services of Grant County or the American Heart Associatin in care of the funeral home.
