James C Tedder Jr.

James C. Tedder Jr. passed away on January 22, 2022 at Marion Health at the age of 63. James was born on July 10, 1958 to James C. Tedder Sr. and Imogene (Miller) Tedder. He was happily married to his wife Joan (Morgan) Tedder on February 24, 1990. James loved his 2 daughters, Jennifer Morris and Michelle Timmons. James was a cable layer for many years. James enjoyed many things. He loved to go fishing, watch Westerns, car shows, and NASCAR. He was a proud fan of the Indianapolis Colts and the Pacers. He could also be found watching the Voice with his wife Joanie and his daughter Jennifer. James will truly be missed by many. James is survived by his wife, Joan (Morgan) Tedder; mother, Imogene (Miller) Tedder; daughters Jennifer (Scott) Morris of Upland, Michelle Timmons of Marion; grandchildren, Tiaira, Ashley, Tony Jr., Alyssa and Blake; great grandchildren, C.J., J.J., Dakota, Zka'Kari, and Delilah; siblings, Cathy Denney of Marion, Patty (Lennise)Garrett of Marion, and Laura (Lori) Tedder of Marion; extended family Beray (Pam) Powell of Fairmount; and several nieces and nephews. James is preceded in death by his father, James C. Tedder Sr.; grandparents, Pink (Gertrude) Miller, and Romeo (Fletta) Tedder; and his late brother Thomas Tedder. Arrangements have been entrusted to Armes-Hunt Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 415 South Main Street, Fairmount, Indiana, where a visitation and service will be held on Thursday, January 27, 2022. Visitation will be held from 11-1pm, with the service to follow. Burial will be at Park Cemetery in Fairmount, Indiana immediately following the service. Memorial contributions are to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
