Jack E. Ferguson

Jack E. Ferguson, 71, passed away Friday June 23, 2023 at home. He was born to Bert and Flora (Hamilton) Ferguson on June 6, 1952. After high school he enlisted in the Air Force.

Jack loved spending time with family and traveling. He enjoyed fishing, swimming, dancing and working with computers. He adored his grandchildren.

Jack is survived by his children Elrie (Rose) Ferguson and Jennifer Jeffries; step-children David Shirley and Crystsal Johnson; grandchildren Tory and Aaron Jeffries. He was preceded in death by his parents, the love of his life and wife Cindy Ferguson who he married February 14, 1997 and she died June 25, 2002; and siblings Willadean Webb, Marvin and Emrey Ferguson, Anna Coscia, Carma Jean Red; Barbara Armes, Mary Spicer, Joy Waters, and Berniece Ferguson.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the College Park Chapel of Armes-Hunt Funeral Home and Cremation Services 4601 South Western Avenue Marion, Indiana 46953 where visitation will be Thursday June 29, 2023 from 4:00-6:00 P.M. A funeral service will be Friday June 30, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. burial will follow at Marion National Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to the family to help defray funeral expenses.
