Harold "Joe" Joseph Bramlett

Harold Joseph "Joe" Bramlett, 80, passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, in Muncie. Joe was born on October 4, 1942, in Muncie, to the late Harold and Jane (Hensley) Bramlett. He graduated from Jefferson Township, class of 1960. Joe married Charlotte Jean Case on July 8, 1983, she preceded him in death on September 9, 2021. He was a proud member of the International Union of Bricklayers. Joe was a member of the Northside Assembly of God in Muncie.

Joe was a hardworking, gentle, and caring man. He enjoyed spending time with his family, traveling, and collecting antique cars. Joe was all of the time buying, selling, and trading cars and motorcycles. He was a semi-pro Enduro racer and enjoyed watching it after he no longer raced. Joe attended culinary school to learn how to cook for himself, even though Charlotte was a very good cook. His memory will be cherished by many.

Joe is survived by his children, Lori (Chris) Sullivan, Van Buren; and Ron (Lynda) Bramlett, Gaston; step-children, Brian Conner, Upland; Rob (Lynda) Conner, Angola; and Lisa Conner, Jacksonville, FL; siblings, B. Allan (Betty) Bramlett, New Castle; and Martha J. Ault, Hartford City; grandchildren, Kyle (Samantha) Sullivan, Corey Sullivan, and Kara (Derek) McPherson; step-grandchildren, Callie Wheeland, Jared Hodge, Samuel Glass, Carrie Conner, Lacy Shumaker, Christina Valentine, Austin Conner, and Makiah Conner; great-grandchildren, Hallie, Patrick, Josh, Cody, GraceLynn, Jacoby, Karrynn, and Jaxton.

He was preceded in death by his wife; parents; and son, Joseph Shane Bramlett.

Arrangements for Joe have been entrusted to the Jones-Smith Chapel of Armes-Hunt Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 259 North Main Street, Upland, Indiana, where a visitation will be held on Friday, March 24, 2023, from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M., with the funeral beginning at 3:00 P.M. with Pastor Carlton Bowden.
