Gayle Ann Behm, born on June 14, 1954, in Elwood, Indiana, passed away peacefully on December 2, 2024, at the age of 70. She was a devoted daughter, sister, and a respected professional in the field of accounting, working for E & B Paving in the asphalt industry.

Gayle was a proud graduate of Madison-Grant High School Class of 1972, earning her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and graduating from Ball State University, Summa Cum Laude and dedicating her career to ensuring the financial integrity of her workplace. Her commitment and expertise made a lasting impact on her colleagues and the company she served for many years. She was a member of the American Legion Women's Auxiliay Post 313, Fairmount.

Gayle enjoyed going to the casino, baking, dancing playing cards and loved the Beach Boys and Country Music, she was kind and always willing to lend a helping hand.

She is survived by her loving family, including her mother, Barbara Ice; her sisters, Pamela (Ralph Gordon) Wilson, Lynda Swantner, and Nancy (Dennis) Hardin; her brother, Gaylen (Julie) Ice and her sister, Peggy (Andreas) Lesley, friend; Alice "Dutch" McCord, Companion; James "jamie" Little.

13 Nieces and Nephews and Several Great and Great-Great Nieces and Nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry and father Alva "Gene" Ice.

Funeral arrangements will be visitation Friday Decembe 6, 2024 from 1-3 PM with a funeral service immediately following with Pastor Gary McCaslin officiating at Fairmount Chapel of Armes-Hunt Life Celebration Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 415 S. Main St., Fairmount, IN 46928. Interment will be in the Vinson Cemetery, Summitville, IN.
