David Lee Madigan

David Lee Madigan, 83, passed away on December 4, 2021. David was born on November 11, 1938 to the late Leonard Francis Madigan and June Elizabeth (Alexander) Madigan. He graduated from Fairmount High School in 1957. After graduating high school David went on to serve in the National Guard. David married Joyce A. (Ice) Madigan and she survives. David had worked in a variety of places. He was employed at Owens Hardware (Gas City), Wesleyan Headquarter Security for 15 years, Big R (Marion), Court liaison (Fairmount), and a Small Engine Repair (Fairmount, Marion, and Swayzee). David is survived by his wife, Joyce A. (Ice) Madigan, Sister, Betty J. Madigan of Greentown, IN, half sister Mary (Clarence) Zanger of Shelbyville, IN, sister-in-law Olive Madigan of Oglethorpe, GA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Also surviving are his caregivers, Janna and Johnny Armes. David is preceded in death by his parents Leonard Madigan and June (Alexander) Madigan, brother Leonard Madigan, sister, Ruthanne Fletcher half siblings, Margret Holloway, Richard Holloway, John R. Holloway, Francis Madigan. The family would like to thank the staff at Wyndmoor of Marion for the care they gave to David. Funeral Service for David will be Tuesday December 14, 2021 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Johnny Armes officiating, the family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until time of the funeral at College Park Chapel of Armes-Hunt Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 4601 S.
