Catherine J. (Cathy)Murgaw, 52, died Monday, August 22, 2016 at her Fairmount, Indiana residence. Cathy was born in Marion, Indiana on July 29, 1964 to the lateOchalR.LeMasterand the late Margaret J. (Feltner)LeMaster. Cathy graduated from Madison-Grant High School in 1982 and attended Indiana Wesleyan University. She married Kevin D.Murgawon December 31, 1983. Cathy had worked as an aide in theMississinewaSchool System for 10 years and most recently as a direct support professional at Carey Services. Cathy was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and friend to all who knew her. She loved photography, being with her grandkids, beaches and sunsets especially at Madeira Beach, Florida. She was a member of Fairmount Wesleyan Church. Cathy is survived by her husband Kevin, daughters; Lacey (Doug)Revis, Gas City, Ind and Lisa (Josh) Cook, Jonesboro, Ind. and 3 grandchildren;Kaycee, Journey and KingstonRevis, sister, Sharon (Fred)Mauller, Gas City and nephews Brent (Kristie)Mauller, Jonesboro, and Ryan (Laura)Mauller, Gas City, Ind. and special friend Sarah (Blondie) Shepherd. Cathys family wants to express their gratitude to the nurses and staff at Progressive Cancer Center for their kind and loving support to Cathy and her family during her illness. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Fairmount Chapel ofArmes-HuntFuneral Home and Cremation Services, 415 S. Main Street, Fairmount, Indiana. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, August 25, 2016 from 2-8 PM.and 1 hour prior to the service at the Church on Friday. Funeral service honoring Cathys life will be at Fairmount Wesleyan Church, 304 S. Walnut Street in Fairmount on Friday, August 26, 2016 at 1:30 PM with Rev. JeffLuedtkeofficiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery, Fairmount, Indiana. Memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Services of Grant County in care of the funeral home.
