It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Barbara Jean Foote, 93, who left us peacefully on Monday, March 3, 2025, at Marion General Hospital in Marion, IN. Barbara was born on November 20, 1931, to the late E. Arthur Hunt and Wilma (Zimmerman) Hunt. She was ready and eager to meet her Savior, Jesus, and left a legacy of laughter, joy, and a spirit that will be dearly missed.

She enjoyed reading, crocheting, quilting, cooking, playing cards, and spoiling her cats. She loved spending any time she could with family doing just about anything. She was deeply involved with her church family at Howe United Methodist Church.
She married Richard Chrysler on October 8, 1950. They were married for twenty years. She then married Frank Foote in 1983, and they were married for three years until his passing.
