Robert 'Bob' L. Mcgraw

Robert Bob L. McGraw, 94, passed away on Monday, October 14, 2019, in Marion. He was born on October 15, 1924, to the late Harold M. and Flossie (Zellner) McGraw, in Point Isabel, Indiana. He graduated from Elwood High School Class of 1942. He married the love of his life Arlene (Miller) McGraw in January 1950. Bob was in the Army and is a Veteran of WWII. He worked at Delco, in Anderson, Indiana for 35 years as a Plant Superintendent in Quality and Control. Bob was a member of Fairmount United Methodist Church, the Fairmount Masonic Lodge, Fort Wayne Scottish Rite, American Legion - Post 313, VFW, and a former member of Fairmount Town Council. He loved Purdue, playing golf, watching sports, reading, and spending time with his family. Bob will be deeply missed. He was a very fun, loving, shy, kind, caring and tender man. Bob is survived by his wife, Arlene McGraw, Marion; his daughter Sherry (Dan) Ribble, Marion; his grandchildren, Natalie (Richard) Halt, Converse; and Kevin Pernod, Marion; his step-grandchildren, Danielle Hewitt, Gas City; Megan Parks, Hubbard, OH; and Jason (Sara) Ribble, Gas City; his great-grandchildren, Kristen (Richard) Williams, Katie McRoberts and Theodore Halt; daughter-in-law, Sara McGraw, PA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Flossie McGraw; his sons, Jim McGraw, Robert Michael McGraw; his brothers, Willis McGraw, Charles McGraw; and his stepbrother, Larry McGraw. Arrangements for Bob have been entrusted to College Park Chapel of Armes-Hunt Funeral Home Cremation Services, 4601 S. Western Avenue, Marion, Indiana 46953, where there will be a visitation for family and friends on Wednesday, October 16, 2019, from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, October 17, 2019, at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Darren Williams officiating. Entombment will immediately follow at Grant Memorial Park, Marion, Indiana. Memorial contributions may be made in honor of Bob to Fairmount United Methodist Church, 301 S.
